Emerging Young Leaders (EYL) has taken a page from the life of Christ in establishing its leadership development methods.
One Individual building into the lives of others-one two or three at a time. EYL is committed to developing the world’s emerging young leaders in home, academic, business and church settings, using mentoring as a primary method.
Then greatest obstacle to mobilize vast numbers of mentors has always been the absence of any clear direction to guide the relationship and the contact to be covered. EYL is removing that roadblock with a mentoring plan and curriculum. It focuses on the six characteristics of a servant leader.
